Men struggling with addiction

Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of shame and guilt? Do you keep doing the thing you swore to yourself or your loved ones you would never do again? We often don't realize that addiction can include sexual addiction, gambling, overspending, anger, alcohol, drug use or any other unwanted behavior. Addictions are often a coping mechanism for dealing with the reality of life, past trauma or unidentified emotional needs. If you can relate to the feeling of being stuck in this behavior cycle I would love to come alongside you and help you discover true freedom.

Tim Carroll is a Certified Life Coach with a gift and heart specifically for men struggling with addiction. Tim has a private practice in El Dorado Hills, CA. He often connects via telehealth on Zoom or Skype and can work with you to schedule in person connection if that is preferred.

Education and Experience

Tim Carroll is certified as a professional life coach and guide through Transformation Services. Tim led a large addiction recovery ministry at a local church in El Dorado Hills for two years and has worked with men of all ages and life experiences in a recovery setting. He has personally used and still practices 12 steps. Tim has worked in the public utilities sector for the last 13 years where he has helped coach, mentor and develop individuals, teams and organizations.

Tim is married to his wife Brittany and together they have 4 children. They enjoy traveling, hiking and love finding local swimming holes or going to the beach. Tim also enjoys photography, cooking and doing projects with Brittany.
